"The company is getting worse. I don't recommend working here. The main problem is dispatch, with pressure to rush and set up for fines. They treat drivers poorly, forcing them to violate hours of service regulations and making them feel foolish and responsible for all problems. The promised salary is misleading, making it difficult to earn due to the incompetent dispatch. Dispatch doesn't care about the drivers' work. The base hotel is dirty and lacks storage space. The parking lot is a junkyard with puddles, mud, and wildlife. It's better to work in a family team. Drivers are ranked and discarded, and employees are often fired without warning. It's essential to have backup options."

"I worked for a year and a half, and everything was good. I worked in the second department, focused on France. I was laid off. The pay isn't great; they give small raises each year. When I left, it was 2500 plus a little. The diet is 150 PLN in Poland and 220 EUR in Europe, but they don't pay the diet if you're pulled into the base for a pause. There's a catch with vacation pay for the first two weeks, which wasn't always paid, and they often push a lot of paperwork for you to sign agreeing to unpaid vacation. There's a parking area for cars, secured, a storage area for belongings, and a hostel. Working hours are negotiable. Relations with dispatchers are normal, at least in the second department. They force you to take the tachograph card out for 45 hours."

"If you have experience, you apply, fill out paperwork and tests. An interview follows, and the decision is at the interviewer's discretion. If hired, you wait for an invitation and start working. If you want to be treated worse than a slave, then apply here. There's no respect or consideration, regardless of your merit. Many drivers are from Ukraine, and Polish drivers are leaving. Break times are unpredictable. Things were better before the management changed and the influx of Ukrainian drivers. After the training period, drivers start looking for other companies."

"This was a good company to work for. I was unfortunately let go, but the colleagues, both Polish and Ukrainian, were fantastic and always helpful. The HR department was exceptional and very efficient. It's difficult to find a company with such good conditions and pay. I have positive memories and no complaints; I would have continued working there if I hadn't been laid off."

"The company is weak with low pay. The only positive aspect is the new trucks."
