"The company has made significant improvements. A fuel-efficient driving bonus program has been introduced, with potential rewards ranging from 1000 to 5000 crowns. Older trucks have been replaced with newer models. Routes to Spain are more frequent, and overall, the company is more stable and calmer, which is a crucial factor in this profession."
"Having seen moderator comments about previous reviews potentially written by office staff, I decided to write a review from an actual office employee to clarify the true situation within the company."
"The company values all feedback, even if unverified. Potential candidates should be assured that significant improvements have occurred since 2021, including salary increases and fleet upgrades following Zdeněk Tomášek's acquisition by OK Trans Praha."
"I've been working for this company for several years now, and after reading some comments about it, I decided to share my own opinion."
"Having reviewed comments about this company, I wanted to share my experience. I've worked here for three years and have seen a lot regarding both Russian-speaking employees and the Czechs themselves. If a driver is competent, the treatment they receive is appropriate. Czech drivers understand what the employer expects of them, as they have specific education and skills. However, some drivers lack that preparation, leading to accidents, cargo damage, and fines, which results in negative comments about the company. Overall, this company is good; quality work is rewarded with fair pay and respect."
"The pay is inconsistent and often below 30,000 kronor. The truck fleet is in very poor condition, and repairs are neglected. The director seems friendly but is unreliable. Routes primarily go to Poland and Spain, with inconsistent return loads, potentially involving extended waits in Spain. Payment is based on kilometers driven, and all drivers, regardless of experience, receive the same salary with promises of future raises that never materialize. It's suitable for novice drivers who aren't concerned about income, as the training conditions involve driving damaged trucks."
"I hesitated to write this review, but I feel compelled to warn others. Working here burned me out, and left a bad impression. It's suitable only for those with no experience. They pay arbitrarily and as they please. The management's behavior, specifically the deception regarding wages, was unacceptable. When I resigned, I was told I owed the company money – they claimed it was for being hired. I protested and demanded documentation, but was met with resistance. Be very careful when signing documents and demand a clear explanation of any deductions and payment terms. I haven't seen anything like this even in Ukraine. I strongly advise against working with or partnering with this company."
