"The management is completely unprofessional and inexperienced, creating a toxic environment where employees are forced to cater to superiors. Driver turnover is high, with a recent influx of drivers from Asian countries. There are concerns about salary manipulation, unjustified deductions, and pressure to falsify positive reviews. The company consistently underpays drivers."

"After two years, the company isn't the worst, with generally good routes. There's consistent freight. My visa expired, and when I requested help with a new visa, I was dismissed. Management sent me a screenshot showing a logistics employee questioning why I waited 9 hours and 7 minutes instead of exactly 9. I suggested they log loading/unloading times. They also didn't mention that I refused to drive a vehicle with nearly a million kilometers and a faulty steering system. I worked for 14 days in June, and as of September 17th, I haven't been paid. Management is ignoring my messages. I will be filing a complaint with PIP."

"This company, operating as Zamlog and Logstar, has mixed routes primarily between Poland and France. Dispatchers are generally acceptable, with pay starting at €75 and increasing to €80 per trip. However, significant issues exist: management is arrogant and treats drivers poorly, payments are unreliable with delayed and inconsistent amounts, contract terms are manipulated, truck maintenance is inadequate (especially for Scania trucks), and termination is arbitrary. They withhold pay for fabricated reasons. Be cautious; the initial impression is misleading."

"Pay is inconsistent, often less than promised due to unfavorable exchange rates and unexplained deductions. Expenses are the driver's responsibility, and reimbursements are unreliable. The company withholds pay for two weeks after termination, making it difficult to receive final wages. Paperwork is excessive and unexplained. Dispatchers and management cause violations of driving regulations, then deny responsibility for resulting fines. Trucks are poorly maintained, requiring drivers to perform repairs at their own expense. Home time is unpredictable and disrupts plans. Drivers frequently exceed legal driving hours."

"I strongly advise against working for this company. It's terrible, and I have proof to back it up. The Google reviews are fake, written for superficial praise. No Polish drivers work here because no one would work in such a place. The management is awful, treating everyone below them poorly. Trucks are in terrible condition with no maintenance or washing facilities. Drivers have to go to the post office to send documents and are then blamed for delays. The dispatcher deletes messages to deny previous requests. Logisticians are incompetent. You won't earn any money, unauthorized breaks are prohibited, parking is paid, and you're responsible for any diesel theft."
