"I want to warn potential employees about wasting time and working with this company (office position)."
"This company is unreliable and doesn't honor its commitments. Management is unresponsive, and the office staff lacks understanding. Avoid this company. Positive reviews are likely from office employees."
"This company is terrible. They fail to pay what's owed, and management doesn't keep their promises. The office staff are inexperienced and out of touch. Avoid this company."
"I worked for this company for two stints. The first stint lasted two months, and the second lasted five months, and there's a lot to say about this company."
"This is a good company. Payments are always on time, and I haven't been let down in four tenures here. The team is friendly and understanding, always willing to help in difficult situations."
"I wanted to finish sharing my experience. They paid the October salary at the very end of December, on December 30th, 2024."
"The office was rundown with a dirty, smoky driver's lounge. Trucks were often in terrible condition, covered in filth and with broken equipment. Routes were unpredictable and drivers were sometimes sent on wild goose chases. Pay was frequently delayed, and communication with management was poor. Drivers were expected to handle multiple tasks and be self-reliant. Overall, the company seemed poorly managed with a high turnover rate. The driver recommends seeking alternative employment."
"This is a good company. There were no issues with pay, the trucks are new DAFs, and the logistics are reasonable. Of course, there are always some minor issues."
"This company is a complete scam! Everything they say after you answer the phone is a lie. The office staff are mostly Ukrainian, inexperienced in logistics and out of touch with reality. I was cheated out of β¬350 in just a month and a half, money that could have gone towards medicine. They hire five new drivers per week because no one stays long. Constant driver turnover is a red flag."
"Hello, I encountered Yukon company back in November 2022."
"I've been working for this company for almost six months, and if you want to work and earn money, it's a great place. There are no issues with salary payments, the trucks are new, and the rate is good. The company is growing, and I hope the rate increases even further; I'm satisfied. All employees, including the boss, are friendly and respectable people. I recommend it."
"I worked two contracts and am satisfied with the job. I was assigned a new truck with all the amenities. There were no issues during my time, the dispatcher was reasonable, and I received my pay on time. My salary was increased, which is a plus. I'll continue to work with them."
"I worked one term at Yukon and decided to leave. They delay pay, sometimes not paying until the 18th or 19th of the month, even though they promise payment by the 15th. They deduct money seemingly at random, sometimes over β¬800 for things like taking a detour without notifying the dispatcher. They used to provide accommodation for 70 zΕoty per night, but now there isn't any. Driver transfers involve distributing mail and belongings, which takes a lot of time and effort. They sometimes terminate drivers mid-term without notice, withholding pay. They initially hire drivers with temporary contracts, then promise a permanent one later β donβt fall for it. Logistics are mainly in Germany, so watch out for cabotage limits. They deduct money for minor issues, like a damaged pallet jack. Avoid this company."
"I only lasted 2.5 months before realizing I needed to leave this company. There are fuel deductions and delayed payments. Don't waste your time and money on this company; learn from others' mistakes."
"The company director is out of touch with logistics and a habitual liar, consistently deducting money from paychecks for various reasons. Dispatchers seem unprofessional. Further details are unnecessary."
"I've worked for this company for several terms. They pay the salary, provide bonuses based on mileage, and the dispatcher gives a bonus of 50 euros if you work well. The truck is in good condition, and the rate is satisfactory. If you're a good driver, you'll earn well. This company with 20 trucks isn't like the 'collective farm' you find in other firms."
"I worked for the company for one term and enjoyed it. Special thanks to the logistics team for not forcing non-stop driving, as I operate a minibus. They pay salaries on time, provided a new vehicle from the showroom, and purchased all necessary supplies for comfortable work. I'm satisfied with the company."
"This is a decent company. They pay salaries on time, and I appreciate the dispatcher's understanding. The work is calm and not overly demanding."
"This wasn't my first time working here, and the conditions are reasonable. I received a new truck and a bonus from the dispatcher and for mileage. The company doesn't have many trucks, so it's possible to reach an agreement with management."
"Working for this company was a terrible experience. The office environment is poor, and employees from AGMAZa are deceptive, leaving trucks stranded on routes. The owner, Dima, constantly finds excuses to deduct money, such as falsely claiming fuel shortages, taking 300-500 euros monthly. Travel expenses and base mileage are unpaid. Promised payments are reduced. Pay is delayed and excuses are given. Avoid this company."
"The company warns against working with Yukon-Transit and DMW (Krakow), citing two months of unpaid invoices despite fulfilling their contractual obligations. They advise against doing business with these firms, as they are prone to deception and non-payment."
"The owner, Dmitry, initially creates contracts designed to deceive and withhold full payment. He appears to use his legal knowledge for unethical purposes. The company's trucks are old, often lack proper inspections, and are in a state of disrepair."
