"I worked for this company for two months. There are German and Polish divisions. The office is located in Gryfice, requiring a transfer from PoznaΕ. They have various routes, but most are occupied; I worked exclusively at Berlin Netto stores. Loading starts between 3:00 AM and 8:00 AM daily. We sleep in the parking lot, using the warehouse shower (available only on weekdays) and security restroom. You load yourself, scan pallets, and proceed to stores, delivering 1-6 pallets. Unloading and scanning follow. Space is constantly limited in the stores, requiring strategic loading. Returning loads include crates of empty bottles, pallets, compressed cardboard, and bags of plastic bottles that leak. We transport these to the warehouse and unload them ourselves, using a hand truck that needs charging (they don't provide replacements). This happens twice a day. Pay is β¬90 per day, although it was initially promised to be β¬100 (dependent on performance)."
"The main positive is that they pay on the 10th of each month. Otherwise, the young manager tries to deceive you at every turn, being dishonest behind your back. The company used to be good with many Polish employees, but now it's become a place with mostly Ukrainian employees who are sycophants. Initially things seem great, but later you find deductions from your paycheck that weren't discussed while on the road."
