"The company, Warentrans, hires drivers from India. Dispatchers are unavailable from Friday to Saturday. The boss, Sebastian, can arbitrarily reduce all drivers' salaries by 600 PLN close to the end of the month. The company fails to provide payslips, violating Polish law. They deduct illegal and fabricated amounts for CMR, albarans, diesel, and tolls. Rest is provided in a cramped cab, and the chip system requires drivers to manipulate hours. When traveling to Greece, drivers are forced to pay out-of-pocket and then must beg for reimbursement, sometimes waiting weeks. The company is a terrible place to work and operates under the logistics of Sertrans."
