"I strongly advise against this company. The owner and manager, Valdemar, lies constantly. Promised salary is less than what you receive; you must fight for your pay. There's no company base; trucks are parked at another company's base, meaning no access to restrooms, showers, or laundry. Dispatchers demand drivers tamper with ELDs (TACHO), and if you don't, you'll work 'off the books'. Routes are exclusively in Germany, with the driver responsible for BAG controls and cabotage mandates. Drivers are not allowed to stop at rest areas, and even if they are, food costs are deducted from their salary. There's a lot of extra work, pallet exchanges, and drivers are often forced to carry pallets until dispatch gives the order to return them, with quality control required – the cost of rejected pallets is deducted from pay."
