"I worked for this company for a year and a half, but I never received a full salary, just meager advances. They invent false fines that they refuse to show or keep postponing. Vehicle maintenance is awful; after servicing, the truck doesn't feel any better. Even simple repairs that could take 30 minutes take a week. The company's truck insurance is paid by the driver, and management justifies this by saying they aren't obligated to insure vehicles, as drivers break them and they shouldn't have to spend their own money on it. The logistics and dispatchers are incompetent. Overall, all the promises made by management when hiring are false. The director's words, 'Drivers are expendable,' ring true."
"I started working for the company with a Category B bus license. My salary was paid on time as agreed. After six months, the company helped me get my Category CE license, covering the full cost of training. I'm currently driving a tractor-trailer. I've been with the company for almost a year and a half, but many others have been here for 3-4 years. There are also drivers who have been with the company since the beginning – I spoke with two Belarusian and one Czech driver who have been here since the company had only six trucks."
"This company is extremely unreliable. I won't go into detail, but if you don't value yourself, you might be okay with it, although you won't get the promised money. The maximum you can expect is 33,000 Czech Koruna."
"I've been with this company since 2019. The trucks and trailers are new. We drive on highways, sometimes on national routes - it doesn't matter which roads you drive on, as long as it's asphalt. The dispatcher is always available and responsive. Sometimes we stayed in hotels or motels arranged by the director, Alexander. I've always been paid in full, every 25th, and I'm satisfied with everything."
"After working here for 4 years, I must say that if you make mistakes, you won't be paid. If you're afraid of the road, consider a different career path, perhaps ballet. Otherwise, find a company with great management and dispatchers, and don't listen to negativity."
"I've been with the company for a year and a half, and all the conditions discussed with management are met. Pay is paid on time. The company employs both Czech and foreign drivers. Cooperation with dispatchers and management is based on a full understanding of the work. Dispatchers will accurately calculate your tachograph data and driver work hours if you're unsure."
"I've been with this company for six months, and everything is excellent. Pay is on time, the trucks are new (including trailers), and I'm getting paid exactly as agreed upon during hiring."
"This company is a prime example of a terrible organization. The owners are deceitful and dishonest. Joining this company means operating outside of Czech law and falling under the jurisdiction of the Railian family's rules."
"The company is rated poorly. Management is unprofessional, and pay is unreliable with no explanation for delays. Loading and unloading create unnecessary pauses. Routes are repetitive, which can be convenient, but the facilities are lacking - no showers, laundry, or comfortable beds, requiring constant life in the truck. Employees are expected to be silent and compliant until their final paycheck. They charge for visas, internet, boots, and utensils. The company has not responded to inquiries about the missing salary."
"At Rogai Kopita, you won't earn much. The tarpaulins are poorly maintained, and drivers are often routed through difficult roads in the Czech Republic and Germany, avoiding highways. High driver turnover, low pay (around $1550), and delayed payments are common. Find a better company."
