"Started with this company as a good entry point, but things changed after the manager left. The workload became intense, with multiple loads assigned in advance, making rest difficult. The biggest issue is the low pay – around €65 for a monthly mileage of 12,000-15,000 km, mostly within Germany, Austria, and Czechia. The required 9.6 load balance is difficult to achieve with 15-ton loads. While they pay 'on the books', the overall compensation feels inadequate."

"This company is a complete disaster! Expect significant deductions for deposits (1000 euros that you won't recover), and all document fees are charged to you. A short Code 95 training costs 300 euros, plus medical and residency fees. Navigation costs 150 euros. The service fees exceed your earnings. After your first assignment (12+ weeks), you might have only 500 euros to get home. Managers aggressively find fault: pallets, overcooking, scratches, driving hours. Detours are your fault; you must prove you're not an idiot, as the boss says, and don't know how to use the navigation system."

"Avoid this company and director Nerijus Uldikas. The company works with Hegelmann, handles all sorts of tasks like pallet replacements and frequent trailer swaps. They deduct for pallets, extra miles, registration, and damages, sometimes as much as for a hitch. There used to be illegal driving, with fines of 500-1000 euros. Cadences are 12 weeks or longer, and the director is unprofessional."

"I strongly advise against working for this company. They operate under Hegelmann, involving re-trailers, rushing, and frequent pallet changes. The cargo is often a mix of random, problematic goods. They change cadences in Europe, sometimes using a minibus from Vilnius, requiring you to travel to and from Vilnius at your own expense from Germany, France, or Luxembourg if quarantine or border closures occur. 45-hour work periods are manipulated. All fines are the driver's responsibility. They deduct for fuel, pallets, mobile phone usage, scratches on vehicles, trailer tarp repairs, etc. Whether these issues were pre-existing or your fault is irrelevant, and you can't prove anything. The company director is an autocratic 'boss' with a rude attitude towards drivers. The security deposit (1000 euros) is not returned as promised after 3 months of termination, requiring immediate action or a formal complaint to the labor inspectorate. "I worked for Nerius for 2.3 years. Initially, I was satisfied with everything, and the treatment was decent. Over time, Nerius stopped treating drivers with respect. He doesn't return wall payments, ranging from 500 to 1000, and takes 380, claiming it's a guarantee for future assignments. During the coronavirus pandemic, he paid $43 per day and said he'd return the remaining 7 euros later. He speaks to drivers rudely, despite me never letting him down or deceiving him. Additionally, each driver pays 25 euros per month, regardless of whether they stay in the office or not. I don't recommend this company; it's associated with Hegelmann."

I purchased good boots, although cheaper options were available but of lower quality. The dispatcher brought us to a store saying, "take whatever you need," but the cost was deducted from my pay. I arrived with no money and was unprepared. When boarding the van, I asked if I had money for food, and he even offered me an advance of €200."
