"This company is awful; every other company is better. New hires should be aware that paperwork costs around 340 euros, advances are 150 euros, and card fees are 220-230 euros. Expect delays in receiving cash payments, potentially for weeks. Unpaid training and initial pay rates starting at 55 euros, increasing to 60, 65, and 70 euros, but these higher rates are unlikely due to deductions for fuel and mileage. Mileage requirements of 350 km per day on Germany-France routes are strictly enforced, regardless of external factors. Fuel costs are arbitrarily calculated, potentially resulting in less than 55 euros for the first pay period. Trucks are in poor condition, with older, manual Volvo models common. The only positive is one decent manager, but overall, there are only negatives."
"The company makes extravagant promises but delivers very little. It's not worth your time. The attitude is rude, especially from Lucas, Odeta, and Renata, making you feel like you're working on a farm. They are petty and insignificant. If you consider working for this company, plan how to leave. I managed to do so and can provide advice for a fee. My contact information is with the company's management, or you can find it. Seek opportunities elsewhere, specifically in Grodno."
"Don't believe the story about a $500 advance; it's a maximum of $150. The trucks are outdated and they don't even bother to repair them. This review is likely written by someone working for Winstr."
"After working at Winztr for over a year, I haven't seen any bad attitude from management. Regarding advances, overtime bonuses, and salary, not a single euro has ever been withheld. There are some issues, but it's important to strive to eliminate them; drivers should be responsible for their own mistakes, not blame the company."
"I have nothing negative to say; payments are reliable, euro for euro. Honestly, this is a company where you have to work hard, which is why the salary is above average for the EU."
"I recommend this company! I was hesitant when I started a year ago after reading reviews, but I'm glad I decided to join. The pay is above average, all payments are on time, and I'm completely satisfied with the managers and the salary."
"The company isn't great; they operate outside legal guidelines, charge for everything, and withhold €1000 ('the wall'). Drivers are mostly national, the trucks are in poor condition and poorly maintained, and fuel costs are arbitrarily calculated by management. I wouldn't recommend it."
"Worked at this company for 7 months. It's a simple trucking company, suitable for gaining experience. They deduct for overtime. The attitude is poor. Trucks are mostly Euro 5. Routes are mostly highway with some interstates. Curtain-side trailers. It's a good place to start for drivers without experience, but it's best to look for a more stable position after six months."
