"After nearly three years, I must say this company exploits everyone financially while maintaining a deceptive facade and lying to their face."

"I've been working here for 2 years! There have been occasional deductions, the truck was damaged and tires slashed. Some people seem to have unrealistic expectations, but I know Ukrainian drivers who have been here for 4 years and are doing fine. I've experienced deductions, which felt justified, but it's not ideal for those who dislike losing money. Overall, it's not the worst company in Lithuania."

"This company is located in MaΕΎeikiai, Lithuania. The director, Viktoras, is a liar and cynic. The trucks are in terrible condition, and management positions are filled by relatives. Drivers are left to fend for themselves. Advances are not provided, and upon arrival, the company attempts to withhold pay. They frequently accuse drivers of fuel theft or shortages. Routes are poorly planned, and drivers are blamed for getting lost. The company hides information, delays payments, and terminates employees under false pretenses. They refuse to provide income statements and provide fraudulent documents. In one instance, an accountant tore a document from a driver attempting to photograph it."

"This company is subpar; only two competent individuals, the coordinator Arunus and the accountant Liana, make up the entire operation. The trucks are in terrible condition – 70% are dilapidated and filthy. Drivers often spend nights on a small sofa upon arrival, paying for overnight stays. Pay is unreliable, with promises of €60 per day, but only €45 is actually paid. There are issues with fuel deductions and charges for minor damages. Drivers frequently experience delays and must collect CMR documents across Europe. The routes primarily involve metal, wood, and paper, with occasional diverse cargo. Drivers with visas can work in the UK. It's recommended for experienced drivers seeking European experience, but not for those easily discouraged, as they may end up in debt."

"The company is a complete disaster. Some logistics managers are decent, but others are problematic. Things were good until a logistics manager, Rasa, caused significant issues. The director, Viktoras, is known for unfair practices and withholding pay. He deflects blame onto drivers. I sued the company and recovered over 20,000 euros, though the legal process took eight months. I also reported the company to transport authorities. Viktoras now targets Belarusian and Ukrainian drivers. Joining the Lithuanian Trade Union of Truckers is recommended for legal support and protection. There was an incident where the director provoked me, and I called the police, who were helpful. Another employee gave the director a bribe of 500 euros. Drivers should avoid giving bribes and learn to protect their earnings."
