"I've been with this company since October 2025. The management is reasonable, and the drivers are treated with respect. I continue working here as I haven't experienced any conflicts or issues. I haven't noticed any payroll deductions. There are no fuel economy targets, which I appreciate, as loads vary from 24 tons on the A7 highway in Germany to 5-10 tons. Equipment is new; I received a branded t-shirt, cap, jacket, and ADR boots at the start. All trucks are Actros without cameras, and all trailers are Schmitz. I can only recommend this company."

"I worked at this company for almost two months in 2024. The work itself wasn't difficult, but the organization, treatment of people, and especially financial honesty left a very negative impression. From the start, there was a sense of confusion: I was called to work ahead of schedule, the documents weren't ready, and I was told to sleep in my truck. I requested a company vehicle to travel to my previous company and retrieve belongings, which was initially approved, but later rescinded, forcing me to transport my belongings by train! Later, when signing documents, I wasn't allowed to translate them from Polish, photography was prohibited, and I was pressured into signing without understanding the content."

"My brother wrote a review, and I want to add to it about the company "VICOS". The owner, Gregorz M***a, is based at Klesno 18a. I worked there from February to September 2019. There are no layover payments, and you're paid per round trip from Poland to France. The company has two logistics managers, Adam and Gregorz (the boss's nephew, who is also the mechanic). There are around 30-31 trucks. The logistics managers can't handle all the drivers, leading to downtime and no layover pay. Routes are consistent, but the logistics managers add extra stops and tolls, which increases the time per round and reduces the salary to 5200-5500. The boss tries to fine drivers for minor issues. For example, I received a tractor in the evening with a loading message, but the 12/24-volt sockets didn't work, so I fixed them myself and went for loading. The boss then blamed me for potentially damaging the truck, and they had to take it to a certified service center at my expense. I arrived on time for all "

He also repaired vehicles for him, a well-known fact. I worked for a period and left when I wasn't paid 4,500 zlotys. He even owes Nikolai money for water. I requested 100 zlotys for supplies and was denied. It's a frustrating experience working with such an unscrupulous, deceptive, hypocritical, petty, and painfully greedy person."
