There are around 30-31 trucks. The logistics managers can't handle all the drivers, leading to downtime and no layover pay. Routes are consistent, but the logistics managers add extra stops and tolls, which increases the time per round and reduces the salary to 5200-5500. The boss tries to fine drivers for minor issues. For example, I received a tractor in the evening with a loading message, but the 12/24-volt sockets didn't work, so I fixed them myself and went for loading.
