"This company is awful. After working here since 2019, I've reached my limit. Even with years of experience, my daily driving hours are capped. They deduct pay for the slightest scratches, charge β¬200 annually for registration plus taxes. Management is terrible, no tablet provided. The director is awful β pay is arbitrary, often withheld, then dismissed as a forgotten detail. Accounting takes a week to process payments. The yard is frightening and unsanitary."
"The company seems okay, but the dispatcher, Derek, is dishonest. After seven months of work, he only brought home 5 euros, which speaks volumes."
"The company recruits drivers through agencies, promising high daily rates but delivering significantly less due to hidden fees and deductions. Drivers are often saddled with debts from the start, facing exorbitant charges for minor damages and equipment issues. The management is described as authoritarian and dismissive of driver concerns, with a culture of penalizing workers and prioritizing profit over fair treatment. The company uses outdated vehicles and has unreliable dispatching, leading to stressful and costly situations. Overall, it's a place where it's difficult to earn a living."
"Thank you, brother, you saved me from another disaster. I've been searching for reviews for a long time!"
"I won't write a long review, but I want to share my experience. I've worked at ViΕ‘Ε«nai for over a year and decided to apply for permanent residency. When I came to apply, some colleagues told me it was more like a collective farm than a company. I decided to try it out. My first assignment was closed at 63 hours, which pleasantly surprised me. I was paid within three days of the run. The second assignment was closed at 65 hours, and I only had 100 euros deducted from my earnings over the entire period, and that was for my mistake. I won't go into details. Overall, I'm glad I didn't listen to those colleagues and stayed. The unfair deductions and injustices only apply to drivers who drink, damage vehicles, and generally make mistakes. Work properly and you'll get paid what you agreed upon. Good luck to everyone!"
