"I've been with this company for 4 years and it's growing and developing. The truck fleet is constantly updated and expanding β no old junk here, mostly Volvos and Mercedes. They pay on time, offer eco-driving incentives with bonuses, and provide a seniority bonus. Work clothes are provided, from shoes to coats. Layover locations are in Germany and France, which is a big plus compared to many companies. Itβs a great place to run."
"This company is full of lies, from the recruiters to the mechanics. Things have gone downhill since Gedrius and Tomas arrived; they promise one thing and do another. Drivers are forced to haul 3.5 tons and the maximum fuel economy is very low. The company prioritizes fuel efficiency and expects drivers to use cruise control, which is unfair and results in deductions. There are constant excuses, and drivers are always blamed. Consider carefully before joining, as there are many significant issues, and I wouldn't recommend it."
"The company's pay structure is inconsistent, sometimes based on daily rates plus bonuses, other times on mileage with varying categories. Drivers are pressured to violate hours of service (HOS) regulations, initially incentivized with higher pay and promises of covering fines, but later experience discrepancies in mileage accumulation and unexpected downtime. There's a pattern of preferential treatment for drivers who comply with HOS, while those who don't face fabricated issues upon return. Termination is abrupt and seemingly arbitrary. Attempts to secure alternative work within the company were met with deceptive practices, culminating in a sudden termination and unpaid wages. The driver alleges deductions for work clothes, route deviations, and other unsubstantiated reasons. Despite these issues, the reviewer suggests it's suitable for those seeking a comfortable and warm work environment."
"I've been working over-the-road for three years and have no plans to leave; everything is satisfactory. Issues are resolved through communication."
"This company is average for Lithuania, neither particularly good nor bad compared to others. They pay advances and salaries on time and provide work clothes. Those seeking something better should look elsewhere. Good luck on the road to everyone."
"I've been with this company for four years and am based out of Minsk. There are no team drivers, you haul a single trailer, no pallet exchanges. The main routes are France, Italy, and Germany, with occasional trips to Belgium, Austria, and the Netherlands. Having worked for other companies in Lithuania and Germany, I can say I recommend this company!"
"The company has declined significantly. Initially, it offered decent pay with bonuses for experience, mileage, and eco-driving, totaling up to 90 euros per day. Now, there are issues with inconsistent work schedules β drivers might be assigned for eight weeks but released after five without explanation. Home time is unpredictable, with summons back to work occurring after nine to twelve weeks. The company prioritizes Indian drivers over Belarusian and Ukrainian drivers, leading to unfair treatment and pressure. Drivers experiencing problems should contact the labor inspection agency."
"I do not recommend this company. They will deduct fines and other charges. No one can be trusted, from management to the office; everyone lies and makes false promises. There are ECO scores and Switzerland (likely referring to a rating system). They don't pay vacation time. The driver is always at fault, not the company - that's their policy. I stand by every word. Avoid this company. There's constant turnover."
"This company was the most hypocritical I've ever worked with."
