"I worked for this company and it was a terrible experience. They can change your daily rate arbitrarily, and payments are made upon arrival at the base, withholding some funds. They leave 1500-2500 Polish Zloty to keep you from leaving. Before you start, Julia will try to lure you in with false promises. Ultimately, they will cheat you out of your money. I would not recommend working here. The base has two companies, both of which are awful."
"When employers don't appreciate drivers, soon the employer themselves will be turning the steering wheel."
"Previously, Tomek personally handled driver payments, but now young women do the calculations, and there's no one to address complaints. They withheld funds for the next visit (1400-2500 PLN) and mentioned vague employment contracts. You were told one amount, but he pays as he pleases. Resolving this requires waiting days at the base, but he often avoids you, and you won't get anywhere. I settled with Kozlavsky. They should pay for the work, not find excuses not to. Let him deal with it himself. Avoid this place."
"For those who don't understand, Tomek is a great boss. I like him. If you don't want to work for our company, don't. There will be others who will come and obediently do their job. It's up to you. Don't complain here... To avoid fines, you need to work, not slack off. Tomek also bought new trucks, so expect significant fines."
"The company switched to gas-powered vehicles, making fueling difficult and unpredictable. Pay is consistently unclear, with constant attempts to minimize payments. Management lacks appreciation and operates on deception, from Julia (az) to Tomek. Unpaid deductions persist, and turnover is extremely high. Informants and sycophants thrive within the company."
