"The truth is written here! Several trucks have over 500,000 miles, are in terrible condition, and receive no maintenance. National routes with excessive mileage are common, and drivers are penalized for them. Loading and unloading are done independently, without compensation. There are constant issues with pay, fuel availability, and a disrespectful attitude towards drivers. The company is Russian, with an office in Moscow and a replacement location in Vilnius. I advise against this company. I was fired after a delivery to Vilnius, not receiving my full salary, which took a month to receive. My documents were withheld, leading to a loss of my residency permit and requiring a new application. Driver turnover is very high."
"Documents were lost, and I was financially exploited. I was stranded at a rented parking lot and denied the opportunity to update my residency permit, forcing me to reapply. Payment was delayed for a month and remains incomplete. The trucks are old and poorly maintained, frequently breaking down, requiring drivers to perform repairs themselves to reach Lithuania. Routes are primarily national. Driver treatment is poor, with unresponsive communication and drivers forced to solve problems independently. Working for this company was a complete waste of time."
"This is a young and ambitious transportation company with a clever and courageous director. The logistics team is experienced. However, there's high turnover among drivers, making it unlikely to see familiar faces. While the promised pay is €85 per day, it's not always reliable. Concerns include being shorted on pay, issues with residency permits, and retroactive termination."
