"I worked for this company and it was a disaster. From day one, there was deception. They promised 400 złoty per day in Poland, but paid 380. They said weekend travel would be paid, but instead, we were sent to the base every week. The boss, Petryk, is a terrible person, constantly pays wages through a bank transfer and then in cash, avoiding taxes on the cash portion while claiming deductions for the bank transfer portion – essentially defrauding both the tax authorities and the employees."
"Dishonest and rude management. I worked there for about four months and quit. They are greedy and deceptive, with a false, smiling facade. I intentionally caused them damage due to their fraudulent practices and sending me on routes in unsafe vehicles. If you don't want problems, avoid this company. If you're already involved, don't tolerate their behavior; seek compensation."
"I've been working here for a year and it's as agreed. Everything is okay. I recommend it."
"I worked as a driver for this company. It's a place for those who endure harsh conditions. The only positive is that pay is always on time, but it's split between a bank card and cash. The truck fleet is a mix of old, worn-out Mercedes and newer DAFs. Trailers include flatbeds, silos, and a few dump trucks, mostly old and rundown. Getting repairs done is a long and tedious process, as parts are often unavailable and requests are ignored. Dispatchers are rude and use offensive language. Violations of hours of service (TACHO) are ignored, leading to frequent fines. There's constant pressure to rush and drive recklessly. They deduct money for minor damages upon termination. Avoid this company."
"I worked a stint without issues, but upon returning for a second, I realized it was impossible to work for this company. In Austria, I was fined €300 for the trailer's appearance, which I didn't damage. They promised a refund, I paid with my card because they couldn't send money, but I never received it. Upon returning, another €500 was deducted for fuel and straps, claiming I damaged them. The payroll manager, Maciek, forced me to sign a document accepting these deductions or receive nothing. I was made to sign admitting to scratching the trailer and damaging the straps. The payroll record showed a discrepancy of €500 more than what I received. He said this was the only way to get paid. Ultimately, €800 was deducted from my earnings for the stint. This isn't a company; it's a scam. I don't recommend working here."
"I want to warn others so they don't experience what I did. Initially, everything seemed good and friendly. However, after the first trip, deductions began. They started charging for everything – roads, even minor vehicle damage, with a five-fold penalty. I barely received half of my last paycheck. This is an unscrupulous company. I do not recommend it."
"The company is currently focused on hiring Ukrainian and Belarusian drivers. Many Polish drivers left because the trucks lack insurance outside of Poland and have no guaranteed maintenance. Drivers sign a contract stating they are fully financially responsible, and at the end of their contract, they may have up to 500 euros deducted without recourse. They force drivers to take routes through smaller towns. Vacation allowances are not paid. They deceive drivers regarding exchange rates. Very dishonest people."
"I switched from Magtrans hoping for a better experience, but things here are unacceptable. I'm constantly fined for no reason, and there's nothing I can do to dispute them. My diet (expense reimbursement) is often delayed, and not paid during vacation. After two contracts, I left after a €500 fine. I advise anyone considering switching from Mag to avoid this company. They also withheld my final diet, claiming I went to the wrong place and that I damaged their pallets, which they will replace at my expense – pallets that were already in that condition when I returned them."
