"Working here feels like being a beast of burden. This company is awful, with a terrible boss and sycophants praising it. It's a typical exploitative situation."

"I'm recently back for a second stint and have to say this company is good. They pay on time and to the card. No complaints about the work itself. I work in Bochum. There are some minor quirks, thankfully. The paperwork took a while, but overall everything is fine - a solid 4."

"I've been with this company for two months, and I'm completely satisfied. It's great that there's no points system or unnecessary pressure. I'm almost home every week, and the base has everything you need – a kitchen and laundry facilities. The managers and director are good. The trucks are new and well-maintained, making it a pleasure to drive. Overall, it's a good company. I recommend it."

"I've recently started working at Transvisata, and it's a much better experience than my previous company, Hoptrans. Here, I work calmly and without stress. The logistics team is efficient, and I receive information promptly. There are no complaints about the vehicle maintenance. I've never violated any regulations. I receive my salary on time, as promised, with no deductions. Overall, I like the company."

"The company is disappointing. The so-called base is a garage with two rooms, extremely dirty and overcrowded (four people per room), with no heating, forcing occupants to use electric heaters. It's better to sleep in the truck than in those conditions. The only positives are the shower and laundry facilities; otherwise, it's just a name, not a proper base. Work primarily happens at night, and shifts are consistently 15 hours long. While there are breaks during shifts, the total shift length is 15 hours, leaving only about 9 hours for sleep and other activities. Commuting to work is also done in your own vehicle."

"This company is awful. The hiring managers clearly don't understand operations in Germany. They lie about weekly base visits, it's more like once a month. The rest area is a single room with bunk beds, accessible directly from the outside and lacking basic amenities. You cook your own food using personal gas canisters. There's a toilet and washing machine, but that's it. The work is entirely night shifts with frequent reefer units. Drivers don't return after their first assignment; the turnover is high. The hiring manager, Slava, adds an extra €30 to fines for speeding or following too closely, making up excuses. Avoid this company."

"Everyone, hello and thank you so much! I almost got hired at this company, and I even convinced my brother to join too. Big thanks to them!"

"Thank you for the reviews. I almost got a job with this company, but the commute was difficult, and everything else gave me a negative impression."

"The company doesn't own trucks; they lease drivers to German and Slovak firms, which treat drivers poorly, essentially like slaves. Drivers are forced to work 15-hour days, falsify logbooks, and pay fines. Trucks are subpar, and trailers are often damaged. Work is primarily overnight, with drivers frequently stranded in inconvenient locations and prohibited from using parking facilities. Turnover is high."

"I'm reading reviews and it's confusing. It feels like everyone came from amazing companies and then ended up here. Honestly, I've been here for two stints, and what people are writing doesn't make sense. They complain about not having time to comment, but found time to write! The work isn't for the lazy; you don't drive 1000 km in one direction. It's short-haul and requires effort. What's good is the lack of pointless things like dance driving and eco-driving. You can usually negotiate and discuss issues with the director. Pay is on time, sometimes with a 2-day delay, but that's rare. They answer calls and explain everything. No problems to complain about. Ultimately, it's a matter of personal preference."

"I'm finally done with this company. They cheated me out of 800 euros and didn't pay my social security contributions for January, falsely claiming I took unpaid vacation time. This appears to be fraud. Avoid this company."

"The company sends drivers on assignments to German firms without providing German visas or registering them for customs control, effectively making their stay illegal and risking deportation. It's advised to verify this information and check the official German migration website to understand how drivers are being utilized. The long nights and frequent re-directions are minor compared to this risk."
