"Trucks sometimes require driver-performed tire replacements upon arrival. Dispatchers are generally reliable, though rumors suggest the main manager is problematic and may pressure drivers to violate regulations. The company offers eco-driving programs and a helpful instructor. Pay is advanced before trips, with a minimum monthly payment and full settlement at the end of the term. The head mechanic is competent. The main issue is Marius, who handles driver replacements, is lazy and unreliable, often providing inaccurate work schedules, leading to extended work periods (3-7 weeks or more) without compensation or respect. Prompt replacements are rare, making it unsuitable for those seeking a stable schedule. Parking fees are prohibited, pay is €82-83, and fuel theft is a concern. Routes include mixed cargo and potentially long-haul international routes."
"I've worked at Transvera for 4 years and it's a good company. There's low turnover, everyone knows each other, and the manager resolves issues quickly. When I had a personal problem, the director personally helped me resolve it. I don't know what the person below wrote, but every company has 'disgruntled' people who create problems and then look for someone to blame. Overall, I recommend it; you won't regret it!"
"The company has some positives: minor damage isn't deducted, trucks are well-equipped with radios, mats, covers, smartphones, navigation, and tablets, routes are planned on a tablet, mostly highway driving (including France), and adherence to work/rest schedules (mostly). However, there are significant issues: pay is inconsistent and often delayed, no internship pay, deductions for various reasons (pallets, fuel theft, etc.), infrequent truck maintenance, unreliable replacement vehicles, lack of company-provided lodging, and unresolved issues with Belarusian departures."
"I completely agree with the reviews! I worked there for 1.5 years and never received my full salary - there were unexplained deductions! There's a so-called 'wall' of €500! I contacted the labor inspector after termination, but received a response six months later! The advice is to contact them within 3 months of termination. I do not recommend this company to anyone! Avoid it!"
"This company initially seems fine, but the contract is flawed. The trucks and trailers are in poor condition, dispatchers are unprofessional, and management is unresponsive. Logisticians pressure drivers to violate rest hour regulations, and payment is unreliable with significant delays. The contract isn't fulfilled, and communication with management is ineffective. Lithuanian drivers receive higher pay than Belarusian and Ukrainian drivers. Some employees haven't been paid for a month or two. I don't recommend this company."
"This company exploits drivers, prioritizing profit over their well-being. Management is unresponsive and deceptive, failing to honor agreements. Dispatchers micromanage experienced drivers, and pay is unreliable, with many drivers leaving after a short time. Vehicle maintenance is neglected, and promises made during hiring are quickly forgotten. It's a place of broken promises and distrust."
"Hello colleagues. I've been working at this company for two years. The logistics team doesn't force me to violate work and rest schedules; they even prohibit it. There have been no problems with my salary."
