"The routes and pay vary significantly. Taxes are deducted, including a monthly fee for a van you may not use. There's confusion regarding loading and unloading records between managers and accounting. Fuel quality is questionable. Agreed rates are often not honored after taxes and fees, leaving drivers short. The company doesn't deliver on its promises."
"The company has declined; they advertise one rate before a run, but upon arrival, the rate is lower than agreed. They prioritize cheap labor, hiring drivers from Asia and assigning them routes they may not be equipped to handle. The use of advertising on trailers suggests financial struggles and a focus on cost-cutting."
"Pallet handling can be problematic towards the end of the run; there's a risk of losing part of your pay. While there are new trucks, many are old, dirty inside, and not cleaned. Everything is worn and broken. Starting pay is 58 cents per mile, which is lower than most companies. They have been known to miscalculate pay, and previously Ukrainian drivers were cheated, leading them to contact a union. The company faced issues with immigration authorities, resulting in a ban on hiring foreign workers, so they are now employed under a different company but driving Transwella vehicles. There are many opportunities to be exploited, and autohoof practices are prohibited, requiring a chip to be extracted at 45."
"It's unfortunate, but there are many sycophants in this company. What management says doesn't match reality. Consider your choices carefully."
