"I worked for this company for many years, with breaks in between. Things used to be decent when they had fewer trucks. Now, routes are constantly changed mid-trip, sending drivers to undesirable locations without proper facilities like water or restrooms. There are many fines, and communication between departments is poor, with no one taking responsibility. Pay is consistently shorted, sometimes by hundreds of euros. I was left with a debt of over 2300 euros and only received a partial payment. Avoid this company; there are much better options available."
"This company is not a place to work, but a source of stress and suffering. Drivers are not valued and are expected to remain silent and follow orders. There's constant turnover, with many drivers leaving after just a couple of weeks. Pay is unreliable, with unexplained deductions and delays. Don't believe positive reviews; they are often misleading. Even drivers who perform well experience issues with pay and communication from management. It's a common occurrence for drivers to be treated unfairly."
"Avoid this company at all costs! The management treats drivers terribly, forcing violations of hours of service regulations. There are constant firings and issues with final pay, often shorted and difficult to dispute. High turnover is common, with most drivers leaving quickly. Expect mostly night shifts with no extra pay and a general disregard for employees. Pallet issues lead to pay deductions. Don't waste your time."
"Everyone's experience is different, and every company has its challenges. This company isn't as bad as some people claim, and it's possible to resolve issues. Treat people with respect, and they'll reciprocate."
"I'm tired of hearing their cheap excuses about how great this company is. I'm warning anyone considering joining: you'll be in a minivan and quickly realize all the drivers are new. The old ones have all left and aren't coming back."
"I completely agree with the previous reviewer; this company is a disaster. Drivers are constantly leaving, including those from Belarus and Ukraine. Logistics are non-existent, and the manager is abusive. There are constant changes and unnecessary fixes, night driving, and pressure to violate regulations. The director is a terrible person who treats people disrespectfully. Turnover is high, and people don't return. The promises made during hiring are the opposite of the reality. Avoid this company."
"This company is highly problematic. The recruiter, Sergey, misrepresents the job during hiring and the reality is far different. Drivers experience nighttime driving that depletes their daytime hours, a lack of knowledge of regulations, and poor dispatcher performance. There's high turnover, with drivers leaving after a short period. The company is to be avoided. Expect nighttime work, pallet handling, regulatory violations, and overtime. Management stays in the office while drivers face potential legal issues and work restrictions."
"I joined Transtar through Lithuania. I only greeted Sergey, but my director, Dalius from Kaunas, was always pleasant. However, when I left, he swore at me and made racist remarks because I didn't give notice. I haven't been repaid the 450 euros from two shifts. I wish he had spoken to me in person, I wouldn't have allowed it. The company constantly pressures drivers to sleep at unloading sites. The trailers are in poor condition."
"I had the opportunity to work for TRANSTAR. The trucks were new, and I helped train an inexperienced driver. Initially, the company seemed good, but there were issues with pay, including delays. Getting paid in advance is impossible. I worked with Sergey (nicknamed 'beard'). The workload was high, and communication was initially positive, but I didn't receive my remaining salary for four days; the contact disconnected and blocked my number. They contact you when they need you, but act like this in the end. Be careful with companies like this."
"I do not recommend this company; avoid it. Don't think you can try it out and see – you'll regret it. You work long hours, handle pallet exchanges, sometimes load yourself without pay. The attitude is that you should be grateful for the job. Dispatchers are incompetent, don't track time, and advertise a fixed rate of 8:00 AM, but it's often 2:00 PM (imagine waking up at 3:00 AM to arrive at 8:00 AM, only to be told the fixed rate is at 2:00 PM). The manager, Sergey, is rude and unprofessional. Consider other companies like Girteka. Routes are very frequent in Germany. They refuse to send you to your registered address; you only go to the German base if the dispatcher allows it, even for basic errands. Due to Sergey's behavior, I've consulted a lawyer for full payment under EU law."
"The company isn't great to work for. Dispatchers are clueless and constantly rush drivers, with frequent pallet exchanges. Rest hours are disregarded, and disagreements lead to complaints to the director. Home time is inconsistent, and pay is unreliable, often delayed with fabricated fines. Drivers are undervalued, and promises made during recruitment don't match reality."
