"This company used to be a good place to work, but now it's not recommended. The initial pay seems decent, around €72 per day for 6 weeks, then €74 for 8 weeks, but the company operates in England. Without experience, the director only takes drivers on European routes initially, often for 45-day shifts at €60 per day. Drivers pay for all documentation, with a €700 deposit required and a commitment to work 9-12 months. The truck fleet varies from nearly new to very old, and cleanliness is a major issue. Trailers are similarly aged. Fuel norms are tight, resulting in frequent deficits for drivers. Daily mileage averages 430 km, with penalties for falling short. Tires are poor, and drivers are responsible for repairs without compensation. Frequent re-direction and mixed cargo loads are common. Paid parking is scarce, forcing drivers to park wherever they can in England, often without basic amenities. Drivers are responsible for repair costs and cargo theft, which occurs frequently."
"Honestly, about two years ago, this company was almost excellent."
