"This company, Szymitko, presents a deceptive image. Initial meetings promise reliability, timely pay, and well-maintained trucks, but the reality is far different. Trucks are old, poorly maintained, and dirty, with drivers expected to perform repairs themselves. Workloads are high, often exceeding 10,500 km per month, requiring 12-13 hour workdays and potentially falsifying logbooks. Home time is inconsistent and often delayed. Pay is unreliable, and turnover is high. The company prioritizes cost-cutting over driver well-being."
"This company scams Ukrainian and Belarusian drivers. Trucks lack insurance outside of Poland and have no maintenance guarantees. The contract makes drivers fully financially responsible, and they are left unpaid after trips, facing expensive repairs (brakes, oil, full servicing on a 2018 truck). Drivers are sometimes abandoned in Europe without money, and one driver was assaulted and had their chip broken. Avoid if you don't want to work in Poland under these conditions."
"The company denies the reviewer's claims, stating all trucks are new with warranties and insurance. They employ Volvo FH500 and MAN TGX 460 models. Contracts are offered to experienced drivers regardless of nationality. The company provides assistance with visas and accommodation. They refute accusations, claiming they are false and intended to damage the company's reputation."
