"After working at this company for almost a year, I gained valuable experience. However, the company favors those who conform, and those who don't are disrespected. There's also nepotism; I've seen people carrying bags into the office to gain favor. While there are some good people, I only drove a maximum of 7,900 miles."
"The company pays $0.48 per kilometer, which is significantly less than average in Poland and Europe. Expect to spend weeks in Germany, working intensely and being paid by the kilometer. They benefit from accumulating service miles, while you may end up with very few actual kilometers driven. You won't earn much beyond frustration."
"This is a decent company, paid per kilometer, but they expect drivers to cover a lot of distance, as mentioned before. The primary route is Italy, including Sicily. Driving 12,000 km is achievable. Communication is good; the office staff, Natalia, Alena, and Inna, are always helpful. Mechanics, mostly Polish, reliably fix issues, provided you speak up. I'm currently home due to family circumstances and plan to return as soon as possible. Many former employees have left and then returned. I recommend it for those willing to work hard, avoiding excessive weekend drinking; earnings of €1700-€1800 are possible."
"I do not recommend even considering an internship. After a month, I was only sent on road runs."
"The pay is very low, only 0.042 per kilometer, with a maximum of 11,000 kilometers per month, earning around 700 euros, which isn't enough to cover food. One person, Inna, is helpful and communicates well with drivers; the others should be fired. When waiting for loading, don't mention your intended route, or the office will reroute you to a closer destination quickly. It's unrealistic to make a decent living there, and they also short you on pay. I don't recommend this company."
"This is a bad company. They deceive drivers, don't pay on time, and you're responsible for repairs on the road, operating at your own risk. Overall, a terrible experience."
"This company uses an agency, BVS, for recruitment in Kyiv. Be cautious."
