"This company is a disaster. They fail to pay agreed amounts, the mechanic is useless, management is unprofessional, and the trucks are poorly maintained and dirty. Drivers experience excessive hours, night driving only, and misleading promises during hiring. Avoid this company to save your time and nerves."

"The company deducts for fuel, mileage, and Eco scores, and unfairly penalizes drivers for minor things like a quick store visit. They hold drivers responsible for tire damage and make money not only from transportation but also through unfair deductions. Drivers are pressured to violate regulations, work overtime, and perform tasks outside their job description. The company prioritizes speed over safety, and drivers are fined for delays. Colleagues are advised to protect their time and report these practices to labor inspectors."

"Colleagues, avoid this company. Expect long rides in vans (up to 3 days to the truck and back), fuel deductions, and Euro protocol fees of €500 even when not at fault. They make you sign documents allowing them to deduct up to €3000 from your pay. Managers are often bitter and abusive. Autohoff loads are rare and only when the cargo is expensive. The mechanic is easily offended. Drivers are always in the wrong. Fuel theft occurs, and drivers are charged for losses. Working in the city of Šiauliai requires extra pay due to poor hostels, and theft is a problem with luggage. The coffee machine has been removed due to cost. Many long-term employees are enduring hardships. They promise bonuses for working over two months, but often shortchange you. If you enjoy being taken advantage of, this is the place for you. Drivers from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan, don't be afraid to contact labor inspectors or unions due to unfair deductions."

"It's a shame there isn't a rating lower than one. The company can't even pay wages after the initial period. They send drivers 70 km to Raseiniai for training (cash only, no card payments), and after training, you wait for a truck with a mentor for over a month. The company doesn't own any trucks but hires new employees, profiting from their training. One manager stated each hiring manager is expected to onboard 8 drivers per week. Simply a disgrace of a company."

"This company is great for new drivers. After a two-week training period, you receive a bonus of €300 when you start your route. Most trucks are new (2022-2023 models), with a few from 2018. Only Mercedes trucks are used. There's no Scandinavia or pallet exchange. Re-weighing is rare. Deductions only occur if mistakes are made, and there's extra pay for buses. Management depends on who you get, but they don't enforce strict rules. Mostly highway driving, but that depends on the manager. I primarily use 'D' roads only when the highway isn't available. Your experience depends on your performance; if you work well, there's no control or interference with your time."

"This company is good for beginners. It's a place where you can work. There are almost no deductions. You'll only be deducted if you make a mistake."

"The pay was good and the mileage was accurate, though there's a risk of being charged for excessive fuel consumption. Replacement vehicles are unpaid, and unexpected delays can incur hostel and food costs. There's a questionable fuel theft policy where drivers are initially charged and then reimbursed from their own savings. The insurance situation is unclear, with one driver facing a large claim. The company is now more selective, hiring only experienced drivers, and driver treatment has reportedly declined, with no bonuses."

"I can't say anything positive about Transmeja; it feels like a taxi service. Management constantly pressures drivers, dictating speed, parking locations, and work procedures. They interfere with drivers' tachograph duties, telling them when to take breaks. One manager, Aurimas, pushes drivers to the point of burnout and discourages work. They also try to force drivers into nighttime shifts despite claiming they don't have them. I worked there for 1.6 years until I had a nervous breakdown and left. Pay was okay, but there are deductions for mileage, and the company doesn't pay the full tax for drivers, resulting in minimal tax refunds. It's become a training ground for young drivers; they gain experience and then leave."

"Arrival and departure to the work truck were in old vans, typically carrying five people along with belongings and parts. You often deliver parts or documents to colleagues during the journey."

"This company's negative points are true. I've worked here for a year. There are things they don't disclose, especially from long-term employees who tolerate issues. They force drivers to disregard signs, leading to potential fines paid by the company. Excessive working hours are expected, with promises of compensation that rarely materialize. New drivers are exploited by those seeking favor. Pay is reduced to 55, with fuel deductions. Long-term employees who claim they haven't experienced these problems are simply enabling the system. Routes increasingly involve off-road shortcuts to save fuel. Shared vans for crew changes are overcrowded and uncomfortable. I'm quitting to avoid becoming complicit in the exploitation."

"This company pays the bare minimum, calculating pay per mile instead of a daily rate. They require references from previous employers, which is odd given the high turnover and frequent driver replacements. It's unprofessional to ask for references in this situation."

"I previously mentioned I would be leaving, and now I finally have. The final straw was the chaotic preparation for a cadence trip – five people crammed into our bus along with parts, boards, and even a trailer wheel! Witnessing the management's disregard and unwillingness to address the issue, I refused to participate and resigned."

"Both my father and I have worked for Transmee. My father started in 2014, and I joined in late 2019. We've both been satisfied with the company. I had excellent dispatchers, Santa and Vitautas, who were always communicative and helpful. I initially worked on rotations and later transitioned to cadence, and I'd like to get a friend a position on rotations if possible."

"I've been working here for a while. It depends on your willingness to work. If you communicate respectfully with the manager and do what they ask, such as providing hourly updates, you'll be treated well. They don't push you to do anything unethical. I have a great understanding with my manager, and I have time for personal matters without disrupting the workload. I'm happy with both the manager and the company. But experiences vary."

"Drivers report potential payment issues, schedule manipulation, and unexpected franchise fees. They also mention frequent international loads, a two-month probationary period, potential for extended shifts, and driver changes via vans."
