"I visited Lukov a month ago to apply, but talking to the drivers quickly changed my mind. They use buses for transportation, and there was an incident where we waited 7 hours because there was no truck available. Additionally, the company doesn't pay for parking fees, penalizes drivers for idling (even with the AC on in summer), and doesn't maintain Webasto heaters, forcing drivers to repair them themselves. To earn the stated salary, you need to drive over 11,500 kilometers. Driving 90+ hours per week is common, and the unpaid training is a joke. Upon returning from a trip, they withhold 1000 euros, confiscate the chip during vacation until payment, and double any speeding fines."
"Someone asked about this company. I spoke with the manager, and he made a lot of promises. But what's the reality?"
"The company initially presented a positive image, but after joining, drivers are faced with a mandatory unpaid training period, lasting from five to six weeks regardless of experience."
