"Transcom Polska deducts charges for everything, even minor issues. Trucks are poorly maintained, and drivers are penalized for small mistakes like parking or smoking near the vehicle. Parking and other expenses are the driver's responsibility, with reimbursement delayed or nonexistent. The company demands drivers maintain a 'new' appearance on vehicles, charging for replacements. Office managers impose fines, and a mechanic is dedicated to finding deductions. The company expects drivers to know everything and penalizes them for asking for help."

"I do not recommend working for this company. Drivers are not treated with respect. You constantly have to fight for your money, dealing with the director throughout the day. There are constant deductions for alleged fuel overuse and mileage discrepancies, with excuses given repeatedly. Unjustified deductions are made for any scratch, always retroactively (receipt documents often disappear). Most drivers do not value their work. They regularly ask you to sign blank forms and documents with unclear amounts (threatening work denial if you refuse). The Polish management does nothing; they blame Vsyazma, as all payments go through it. Drivers are sent out on runs without money."
