"Transimeksa consistently optimizes work to maximize profits, often at the expense of drivers. Pay is frequently reduced under various pretexts, such as mileage, eco-score, or perceived inefficiency. The company has been accused of selling migration records and questionable medical certificates. Tax refunds are minimal. Salary reductions are announced informally and unexpectedly, sometimes significantly. The company has cut bonuses for experience and safe driving, devaluing older drivers. These practices lead to driver turnover, followed by attempts to lure them back."
"I worked for this company for over 5 years. It has steadily declined each year. After Asta left, the treatment of drivers fell below acceptable standards. Darius leads the training team, and under his influence, they withhold pay for fabricated fuel consumption."
"This company was awful. The driver evaluation felt incredibly difficult, like a test for a spaceship pilot. They frequently replace drivers across Europe, even in Spain, and the senior driver rides in the bus and is paid by the company. I do not recommend working here; even with 3.5 years of experience, I failed their evaluation. It was a waste of time and money. I'm grateful I didn't leave my old company. They hired a lot of inexperienced drivers. The instructor was also very poor. This occurred in 2024."
"This company is a disaster! Do not work here. Management is terrible, constantly deducting money from paychecks for fabricated reasons, sometimes hundreds of euros. Dispatchers pressure drivers to violate regulations and penalize economical driving. High turnover and a decline in quality – they're now hiring unskilled labor. Avoid this company at all costs!"
"This company is decent. I've been working here for 3 years and earn over 70 Euros. Like any workplace, there are some quirks, but it's workable."
"The company is what it is, with its own pros and cons like any other trucking firm. They've recently acquired 200 new trucks and are actively hiring. Recent negative reviews are scaring people away, but if you have questions, I'm happy to answer honestly."
"I would not recommend working for this company."
"Since the departure of a respected manager in late 2019, the company has become problematic. Drivers now face unpredictable work schedules, bribery demands (alcohol, refusal of hotel/nightline allowances), and purchased routes. A culture of sycophancy and reporting is encouraged. Senior instructor Darius manipulates situations to appear as a savior, often reducing debts but creating new ones. Some drivers tolerate these conditions, while others leave. Key figures involved in controlling payouts include Darius, Miroslav, and Pasha. Unpaid mechanic swaps lasting days, weekend alcohol expenses, and fines (ranging from €50 to €300, potentially including license suspension) are common. The company's quality has declined; it's suitable only for gaining experience."
"The Lithuanian manager, Darius, demanded I work 15-hour shifts, used offensive language on the phone, and blamed me for delays and fuel costs. The company culture seems to prioritize profit over driver well-being, with managers appearing to use drivers to fund their purchases. The managers are unprofessional and disrespectful."
"Drivers report inconsistent pay, unauthorized fuel and idle deductions. Management is unprofessional and demanding. There's a high turnover rate, and finding alternative employment is difficult. Drivers also mention working excessive hours and falsifying logbooks. The company is perceived as favoring Moldovan workers."
"This company is not recommended. Things have deteriorated significantly; they've tightened restrictions considerably. There are no auto-haul options, routes are primarily national, weekend downtime is prohibited. New drivers start at €50, driving scores are factored in, fuel is deducted (even if there's a spill with police documentation), and drivers are often on the road for a minimum of 1.5 days in a van."
"I worked for this company. Like many large farms, there are deductions, fines, eco-driving requirements, and unrealistic fuel standards. Drivers are always held responsible, and all problems are the driver's fault."
"The company has drastically declined over the past year. It's clear they view drivers as exploited labor, a fact they don't even try to hide. I strongly advise against working here, even for those just starting out. It's worse than Girteka, and I left and returned to Girteka for a reason. During the pandemic, they hid from drivers, and when asked about Italy, they acted dismissively. The management's secrecy and forcing drivers to hide travel history will have consequences."
"During the pandemic, I was fired for refusing to drive to Italy. Management pressured me, prioritizing profits over health and safety. They offered no support if something happened to me in Europe. I was abruptly terminated, faced logistical challenges and communication barriers, and was falsely accused of vehicle damage, leading to fabricated debts. I eventually recovered my wages but was rushed out of the country due to travel restrictions. I'm now barred from re-entering Lithuania. While some individuals were pleasant, the company's practices were deeply problematic and I strongly advise against working there."
"I've worked for this company for 2 years. Overall, things are okay. The downsides are: 1) Travel in buses (non-reclining seats) is a torment. 2) The bus can arrive at any time of day or night on weekends, forcing you to take an alcohol breath test. The first fine is €150 (failure to comply results in a €150 fine). 3) As everywhere, they require you to work hours (parking is your problem). 4) Salary at the end of the term. They send €100 every Friday. 5) They deduct for mileage. 6) Payment is slow (you sit and wait for 2 days). The positives are: 1) Free dormitory (basic, but clean). 2) There's a place to store belongings when you go on vacation. 3) All the trucks are new. 4) No internships if you have experience in Europe. 5) Salary is paid reliably (they don't deduct anything without cause). 6) Drivers are treated objectively (no issues means no questions), I'd say well."
"We've been working with this company for almost a year and are considering leaving. It's not terrible, but there are many difficult routes and they might assign work that you'll regret."
