Expect 8 loads per day, overloaded cargo, exceeding weight limits, frequent trains, and mandatory work every Saturday, even during restricted hours. "I worked for this company too, but I left because they don't appreciate honesty. Routes often lack proper tracking, and there's a lot of chaotic loading in Italy. They frequently load cargo when you're already due for a daily rest break, requesting just 45 minutes for loading. You're not allowed to stop at weigh stations, and if you need to drive all day, you're often forced to drive 10 hours with only a 9-hour break. Opportunities to stop for groceries or laundry are rare. There are consistently overloaded vehicles, and I’ve been driven in violation of regulations, sometimes exceeding 90 hours. I worked one cadence and left."
