"I worked for this company for three months and do not recommend it. Initially, everything seemed fine, and I received my full salary. However, in the second month, issues arose with the trailers and trucks, but they only cared about appearances. The third month revealed incompetent dispatchers who prioritized loading above all else, disregarding loading and unloading procedures. They pressured me to drive oversized loads (25 meters) with difficult turns, and special permits were always a problem. I never saw Dutch or Belgian routes, only national routes. For a month, I was kept at the base doing trivial tasks. The manager blames drivers for dispatcher errors and will deduct anything possible when you try to leave. My last run was from Holland to Poland without proper permits, and it was a mess. If a dispatcher doesn't like you, they’ll assign you a poorly maintained truck and a problematic load."
