"Worked two terms but couldn't handle it anymore. For three months, I've been requesting the remainder of my salary, but I realized I won't receive it. The workload is excessive, breaks are strictly timed, and dispatch calls at 3 AM. Routes are often unknown, and the trucks are poorly maintained, with expenses not reimbursed. Loads are carefully selected, especially those involving Spain. Only a third of the salary is paid to the card, and the rest must be requested. Parking is cramped and time constraints are ignored, with drivers responsible for fuel. Many people left within six months, and the battery only lasted four hours, causing nighttime disturbances for two months without service support. The company promises much but delivers nothing."
"Almost a year after leaving, I still haven't received my pay, and there were threats of lawsuits and police involvement related to my previous review. Recently, I requested a PIT11 form and was strongly pressured to delete my comment or it wouldn't be sent. They also claimed I owed them money. Essentially, this person callously abandoned refugees with two children in a foreign country. I've previously described the hardships I experienced in their company, and I still feel fear from those experiences. I’m also in contact with another employee who wasn’t paid after leaving; I've asked him to write a review as well."
"I was considering working for this company a year ago. The recruiter presented the company well, but didn't disclose the company's name until the contract signing. I immediately checked the reviews and lost interest. The trucks were in terrible condition; vehicles used by drivers earning money are a company's face, but this one was a wreck. They provide work clothes and then deduct the cost from your salary. Invitations and paperwork fees are also deducted from the first paycheck. Reviews suggest workdays end in a parking lot assigned by the company, cutting short the scheduled hours. Thankfully, I changed my mind. This is a terrible company due to its management. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone."
"I agree with the previous comment. He does pay, but be aware that the agreed-upon amount might be different. It's recommended to record conversations. He now pays around 10,000 złoty per month, but it can be very stressful. If you don't want extra stress in an already tough job, avoid him. Expect deductions from payments for things like driver's license, work permit, work clothes, etc."
"This company's practices are problematic. While they do pay, there's a significant deduction for travel time between locations (often in Germany), typically around four days. Drivers also pay for their own communication for the first month and a half, covering mobile data costs out-of-pocket. Mistakes are penalized heavily, often without proper documentation, and drivers are responsible for initial registration and medical exams. There's a lack of flexibility regarding driving hours and parking, leading to communication issues and frequent calls. Many drivers have left, and those remaining often face financial hardship."
"The manager promises good work and new trucks, but in reality, the trucks are old DAF Euro 5 and Mercedes. There are multiple loads and unloads per day. Drivers are pushed to maximize driving and minimize breaks. Work uniforms are at the driver's expense. Gloves are not provided, despite promises of 4 pairs per month. A €100 bonus is promised for over 11,000 km per month, but it's difficult to obtain. Many drivers don't return for a second contract. The onboarding process involves fees, and paperwork costs are deducted."
"I worked for this company and highly recommend it. Payments are reliable, and many employees who have been with the company for less than three years are still employed. It's a good option for those seeking work and willing to put in effort."
"It's better to work for companies like Girteka or Hegelmann! This person is difficult to deal with. He claims to be a former driver, but if he went on a two-week run, he'd see how drivers are treated and how they're forced to park in locations he assigns. I believe he'd stop bothering them and telling them what to do, but he won't go because he's a terrible person."
"This company is terrible! The manager is deceptive, presenting a beautiful picture during the hiring process that completely changes upon arrival. There's extremely high turnover. The workload is exhausting - five loads a day, plus 600 km, with a mandatory five loads the next day, constantly pushing for maximum mileage. Parking is provided with just 10-15 minutes before the end of the shift, often after 9 pm. Forget about parking in Germany. Tachograph printouts are required every other day, damaging the driver's card. No one cares about your problems; it's just 'drive, drive.' Breaks are a struggle, requiring multiple calls to the manager and dispatcher. Constant pallet loads, despite the manager's promise of once a month. The company withholds deductions for paperwork and even invitations. Avoid this company at all costs!"
