"If this is your first trucking stint, learn from it, but I don't recommend this company for long-term employment. They have two names, WW Transport and Trans-weg. The main dispatcher, Vasya, is a terrible person. It's shameful that he's from Ukraine. Payment is at the end of the stint, even if they say they'll send it to your card, don't believe it; they'll deduct 500 euros and that's it. They'll find reasons to deduct money for everything, even if you use a company truck to go shopping. The owners are extremely greedy. My advice is to go with Girteka instead. "After working for the company for 4 years, things have steadily worsened over the last 1.5 years. Promised pay isn't returned, salaries are paid at the end of the term, making drivers hostages to the situation. If you get sick on the road, you're on your own; the office sees you as expendable. They may withhold pay if you announce your departure. Drivers are pushed to the last minute, and parking is discouraged. There's pressure to violate hours of service regulations. Loading/unloading locations are increasingly in difficult places. Drivers are expected to perform repairs like changing tires and batteries at night. Webasto issues and battery problems take months to resolve. The company is suitable only for beginners to gain experience and obtain documents; leave as soon as possible, but don’t warn them."

"I confirm what colleagues have said – nothing will change at this company unless Ukrainian drivers leave. The management is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. Drivers who showed respect to logistics staff didn't last long. Most drivers are simply tolerant, afraid to speak out against superiors. They're exploited! This is a firm run like a gang. Those coming from other companies are shocked. Expect to wait all day for payment at the end of your contract. They charge exorbitant fees for employment documents, like a 500 złoty annual invitation and 1000 złoty+ for a residence permit. You'll even pay 15 złoty to get a vest, and 30 złoty to use the company car to buy groceries. There are countless other such petty charges."
