"The company is decent for starting out, but you won't be able to work or earn much. I wouldn't recommend it. They pay based on freight, but you don't see it, so they pay whatever they feel like. They promise a lot but don't deliver, and they deduct for everything when you leave."
"This company is quite disappointing. They hire drivers with no experience and may keep them at the base for months, claiming they're not ready, while paying the minimum wage. Getting assigned to good routes requires arguing and even then, you'll likely receive minimal pay for the next month or two."
"The company is reliable; they pay what they promise on time. During a roughly one-month internship in Poland, if you have no incidents like accidents, you're sent on highway routes in a team. If your mentor confirms your ability to drive independently, you receive a truck and start your first solo run. The manager personally approves each driver for highway assignments. A history of mistakes can extend your internship. During the internship, you receive a set rate, which depends on your negotiation with the manager. Wishing everyone good luck."
