"This company is terrible and I do not recommend it! They exploited drivers for a long time."
"This company constantly hires new drivers and pays them less. Once you reach the maximum rate, they start deducting for everything, making you unprofitable for them. They force drivers to violate hours of service regulations, and while they claim to pay fines, it puts you at risk for accidents. Expect frequent stops and long nights. Logisticians are often inexperienced and require training. Mandates and pay discrepancies are common. The company doesn't value its employees, and turnover is high. Perks include laundry machines, showers, leaving from base, an in-house service, a gas station, and assigned trucks (though not immediately). They provide gas cylinders."
"Stay far away from this company."
"The treatment is worse than animals. Requests for a helper's vest and safety gear were met with unnecessary complications. Office staff and management treat drivers with disrespect, showing no regard for their well-being. They push drivers out everywhere. Financial calculations and salary payments are avoided, and you'll barely earn anything for the first six months. The first month involves unpaid work like sorting materials or laying paving stones. After that, you'll be sent on double-driver routes with a pay of 100 złoty per day, 50 złoty on weekends. Earning 2000 złoty per month would be considered excellent, but you might not stay on the road the entire time. By the third month, you'll receive an old, unreliable Atego truck, and the daily rate drops to 150 złoty. They deduct money for everything, sell items to drivers at inflated prices, and charge for even minor parking infractions, photographing the violation."
"The company is a disaster. There are many Ukrainian drivers and office workers. The trucks are wrecked and old, often with over a million miles. They don't provide work clothes; you're expected to wear your own, often jeans that become black after a day due to rushed departures. No one cares! Vehicle breakdowns are passed on to drivers; if you're wrongly ticketed, you're charged for 'careless driving' with no one to appeal to. Fuel purchased on the road is deducted, requiring drivers to return empty tanks. They hire anyone and provide free, degrading housing in a basement. Not recommended for gaining experience; the first month is unpaid warehouse work designed to financially exploit you, followed by a month or two of unpaid training, meaning you won't start driving until two or three months later."
"This company is a disaster. The trucks are like antiques! They never pay on time!"
"I've researched Polish websites and wouldn't recommend this company. Both Polish and Ukrainian drivers are leaving, abandoning trucks in parking lots. They frequently fail to pay the full salary (many Poles have filed lawsuits). The trucks are old; new ones are only purchased after accidents. There's a fuel consumption standard. Many experienced dispatchers recently left and were replaced by inexperienced new hires, meaning you'll spend more time waiting than driving. One Polish driver mentioned unrealistic delivery schedules, leading to two-day waits or 2000km empty runs. Ukrainian drivers are exploited as cheap labor."
