"I'm grateful to Marcin for the opportunity to learn how to drive this type of truck, to earn a good income, for the paperwork, and most importantly, for providing shelter for my wife and children during the events of 2022. Thank you for everything! The logistics, mechanics, and colleagues are wonderful and always willing to help. There were some issues, but solutions can always be found. Remember, we are employees, not on vacation; follow the rules and everything will be fine. Unfortunately, I must leave this wonderful team. Thank you again. I wish TRANS-CO prosperity and further development! Sincerely, Mykhailo Mazur."

"I worked for this company for 3.5 years and would have continued if I hadn't moved to Canada. Many drivers there have been with the company for a long time. The boss, Mr. Martin, treats drivers with respect. The negative reviews are often from drivers who damage equipment and are subsequently terminated."

"This company isn't great. The manager is very demanding and unpredictable. Previously, drivers were warned to follow work schedules or be sent home immediately. Many drivers say starting with a different company like Girteka would be better. Most trucks are manual with high mileage and poor condition. You never know what vehicle you'll be assigned or how much fuel you'll use, as they penalize for excessive fuel consumption. Pay is only received at the end of a period and depends on the manager's mood and the number of new hires. Avoid this if you don’t want to feel like you're in a forced labor situation."

"I confirm everything written by colleagues. The treatment is appalling. You constantly have to break the rules, and you'll pay the fines yourself. They deduct for everything."

"This company is awful. The pay is low, and they deduct for everything – fuel and fines appear arbitrarily. Drivers face excessive demands, essentially doing the dispatcher's job. There's constant snitching and favoritism. They offer coding assistance but then deduct €250 if the driver leaves after the contract, refusing to release the code and medical records unless paid €500. Trucks have tampered fuel systems, leading to false overconsumption charges of at least €100. Management treats drivers poorly and disregards their concerns. It's a terrible company, and I don't recommend it. They're constantly hiring and experiencing high turnover. The owner is a complete scoundrel."

"This company is extremely disappointing, even for new drivers. The trucks are old and in poor condition, the management's attitude is problematic, and the pay is terrible – essentially free labor for the first month, followed by pay comparable to construction work."

"This company is a scam. Recruiters Ludmila from Vinnytsia and Katerina from Dnipro mislead applicants about the company's integrity. The goal is to find vulnerable individuals and exploit them. Expect unpaid work for a month, followed by low wages, terrible trucks in disrepair, and a disrespectful management style. It's a typical exploitative company."

"This company was awful. It's far worse than Hegelman or Girteka. I strongly advise against working here. Management disregards drivers."

"This is a small company with few Polish drivers, but things have become chaotic. Experienced drivers are being pushed out, and routes involve constant tracking, even of phones. A minor deviation from the route resulted in a $100 fine. The company disregards road signs and infrastructure. Training is paid for but later deducted from wages. Work clothes are not provided. The base accommodations are terrible but heated, and this service is paid for. Relationships on the base are strictly prohibited, but that's acceptable for this type of work. There are informants and sycophants like mechanic Vitok. The experience varies, and it's up to you to decide. The company seems to be affiliated with DOSAAF."

"This company is a complete disaster. The manager is awful and cowardly, the mechanic is incompetent and a snitch, and half of the Vinnytsia drivers are mistreated by the manager. Drivers are treated with disrespect. I do not recommend it, even for beginners."

"This company is a complete disaster. The boss is dishonest and deducts money for everything, even sending you on the wrong route. They charge unexpected fees, and the database is full of snitches. The mechanics, including Vitia and Yarik, are problematic, and Mikhail is a terrible person who fabricates fuel receipts. I strongly advise against working for this company."
