"Started work on the 12th, but payment wasn't processed until the 13th. Management doesn't respond to inquiries. Every month, the paycheck contains unexplained deductions. Recruiters gave conflicting information about starting pay β 40 euros versus 30 euros. Drivers at the base said pay raises depend on how well you get along with management."
"I worked for TN Logistics Slovakia for three contracts, but I was planning to leave after two because there were no raises. The manager, Vladimir Nikolaevich Sh***ko (drivers call him 'Baldy'), kept making promises of bonuses and salary increases, but they never materialized. I received a salary that was significantly lower than promised, and when I inquired about it, the manager claimed a large, unjustified fine. He also pressured me to drive without a telepass, which I reported to the dispatcher. He denies these events despite having documentation. I do not recommend TN Logistics as long as this manager is there."

"The base in Sense is excellent. The Italian operations felt chaotic, and the rest were just parking locations. Document processing by Vladimir costs around β¬1500, to be paid gradually from salary. Trucks are mostly Volvo FH models, with over a million kilometers. The service in Italy is mediocre, but they do some work. Working for Refe is generally okay, the curtains aren't great (new ones were purchased). There's high turnover. Working in pairs isn't recommended as pay is lower. It's just a job; conditions might be better in smaller companies. Starting pay is β¬50, then β¬55, then β¬60 after a year, and I didn't reach β¬65. Dispatchers vary in quality. Vladimir (the main contact) is decent as long as you're working. Long-term employees are treated well. Mistakes happen everywhere. They deduct for damages; take photos of the truck and trailer upon receipt and send them to the mechanic to avoid being blamed. Fuel isn't an issue, but a full tank is only available in Italy at the Piacenza bas"
