"This company exploits drivers who aren't valued. Expect outdated equipment, primarily hauling migrants in trailers with benches. Trucks are poorly maintained, with tires even worse than those found on MAZ trucks. Pay is unpredictable and unreliable, requiring a higher education just to balance the books. The management, particularly a female supervisor, is exceptionally disruptive and unpleasant."
"This company is terrible. Drivers are hired through a Belarusian intermediary. They promise high earnings and new Volvos, but in reality, they deduct money for everything. Drivers are forced to violate regulations (the company pays fines, but deducts them from your salary after termination). Minimum 8.40 hours of driving per day, with 9 and 10 hours being common. Frequent stops with very small fuel amounts (30-50 liters) between fill-ups. The company exploits drivers, knowing they won't return. Drivers are instructed to avoid border crossings in specific ways. Using a manipulated chip for driving in Belarus is standard practice. The promised salary of 2600 is a lie. They will find reasons to pay less. Don't expect to receive your final salary after termination. Leave quietly. I worked here for three weeks and understood everything. I haven't been this exhausted in two months as I was here in one."
"I joined this company without experience in CE for an internship. They promised good pay and more, but the reality was worse than Girteka."
"Avoid this company. Drivers have been deceived and should file complaints with labor authorities or pursue legal action. The company uses fabricated reasons for termination and the office staff are complicit."
"Avoid this company. They hire through an intermediary, leading to financial hardship and exploitation. Management is dictatorial, and the treatment is appalling. Expect fuel shortages, illegal activities, and constant deductions. Truck conditions are terrible, and you'll be pressured to work under unsafe conditions. Even other trucking companies will seem preferable. Escape as soon as possible."
"I left this company (also known as "Snezhtransavto") before completing my second term. I was completely stressed out. Pay is delayed, unrealistic fuel consumption targets are imposed, and there's illegal activity in Belarus and Poland, with drivers performing tasks instead of resting. Getting home is difficult and often involves arguments. They can inflate charges for any scratches or even minor tire pressure issues. The company avoids investing in trucks and tires, pushing drivers to operate until the last possible moment. Trucks are often started with near-empty fuel tanks (3-5 cm on a ruler). There were instances of trucks stalling and the Webasto heating system failing. In Spain and Portugal during summer, the vehicle cannot be started to use the air conditioner due to the heat. Office workers are intimidated and drivers are always held responsible. It's impossible to reach an agreement with the management, who dictates everything. There are no substitute drivers available."
