Most loading and unloading is at ramps, the cargo is light, and securing with straps is rare. Drivers are usually sent to the base every 12-15 days for a break. The pause is 45 hours if in Europe, similar to other companies. Days at the base are unpaid. There's no hostel at the base; you live in your truck or rent accommodation at your own expense.
