"Initially, the company seemed welcoming and tried to create a comfortable environment for about a month."
"The company seems decent at first glance, but the boss is stingy and doesn't pay for downtime at the border or customs. Payment is in Polish Zloty, and the exchange rate doesn't change. You can find work in Belarus for the same money. Vehicle repairs are superficial, with suspension and cab issues common. Accidents due to poor road conditions are ignored by management. The company is a disappointment, suitable only for inexperienced drivers for a few months."
"Currently, drivers can earn an average of 3600-3800 Polish Zloty per month. However, downtime in Europe lasting 45 hours isn't paid, and a small compensation of around 100 Zloty per day is unlikely. The company is increasingly hiring inexperienced drivers, and the manager prioritizes keeping trucks moving over the company's reputation."
"This company is suitable for drivers who have already earned a good amount and are looking for driving work. The primary routes are from Belgium (and surrounding areas) to Moscow (and surrounding areas), with frequent trips to Ukraine. Pay is based on distance, for example, a trip from a weapons depot to Moscow, returning loaded to Poland via Lithuania, earns 1800 złoty without entering the base. Then, loading in Poland, unloading in the Benelux region, and another 1000 złoty to the base. Roughly, one month can earn 3600 złoty (800 złoty is a 'trick'), while another month can earn 6400 złoty (two rounds with the 800 złoty 'trick'). Positives include an owned base, repair shop, car wash, a driver's room to cook and shower, payments without delays upon arrival at the base, reasonably good dispatchers, no pressure to break regulations, no speed limits, and fair fuel allowances (it's impossible to steal, as routes are consistent and violations are punished). Russia 'traditions' of around 5"
