"This company, also known as Tir West and Lea Fruits, operates out of Baranovichi. They lack a base or office in Poland. During hiring, they promise expense reimbursements for parking and paperwork, but in reality, you'll waste time resolving issues for the director and logistics manager without compensation. Expect to be told what to do by someone named Ruslan. There's a practice of retaining a €1000 security deposit that isn't fully returned upon termination (no one has managed to get back more than €400). The director is inventive in finding deductions. Parking is free (but you'll pay if you get towed), and you'll cover parking costs yourself. Truck maintenance is poor, and repairs are a significant problem. I strongly advise against working here; you'll end up with no money."

"Working at Tir Trans initially seemed promising, with grand promises made during the hiring process. However, within the first five months, the company deducts security deposits of €200 to supposedly avoid bankruptcy. Parking fees are not reimbursed, and drivers must secretly refuel from a bus using their own funds. Expenses at the border are reimbursed through obscure bank transfers. Vehicle repairs are only performed at specific garages, and minor repairs are often left for the driver to handle. The director, Irina Z***chuk, and manager, Ruslan M***ych, have questionable roles within the company. Payouts at termination are delayed with complex calculations to minimize payments, often exaggerating deductions. Six employees left within four months, including myself."

"This company, TIR TRANS IRINA ZACHARCHYK, is a scam. They fail to pay earned wages upon termination, using false pretenses. The management structure is unclear and seems questionable. The owner breaks agreements, and the company lacks basic ethics. Many former employees, including the reviewer, were financially exploited, with hidden deductions and withheld deposits. It's best to avoid this company."
