"The company was great, but I was ultimately let down."
"This company was a complete disaster. They left drivers, including myself and others heading home, stranded significantly."
"The company implemented insurance requiring drivers to insure themselves against company errors, costing 100 euros. Drivers are fined for fuel usage, and now also for exchangeable pallets at 15 euros per pallet. Ten trucks are idle without drivers."
"This company is deceptive and doesn't reliably pay drivers. Pay is arbitrary and dependent on the company's will. While trucks sometimes remain in good condition, payment is often the minimum promised. There are a few good dispatchers, but the company uses a contract tactic to avoid responsibility, not providing a copy to the driver. Vehicle maintenance is poor; drivers receive substandard trucks and are held responsible for their condition upon return. The company experiences high turnover. I do not recommend."
"This company exploits drivers, pushing them to rush through training and immediately start working, leading to high turnover and exhaustion. Logbooks are filled out incorrectly."
"I've worked for Teslox for a year and a half, driving both vans and trucks. Drivers need to understand their responsibility for timely deliveries, proper paperwork, and vehicle maintenance. Pallet changes require correct documentation and training, which I received. Fuel consumption is tracked by the truck's computer, which seems fair. Pay is consistent even on weekends, and dispatchers are helpful, sharing experiences from other companies."
"I want to share my bitter experience working for this company. It's a group of scammers who cheat drivers out of money and deduct charges without explanation. Be wary of scammers like those at Intertrans. I do not recommend this awful company."
"This company is chaotic and operates internationally."
"The company isn't perfect; it has its issues, but where do you find perfection? Things are generally improving with each run. Living conditions are good, the team is friendly, and management is responsive. With good work, you can expect decent pay. However, drivers aren't insured against vehicle breakdowns or a lazy dispatcher. Breakdowns mean wasted time and no earnings, and a non-productive dispatcher leads to downtime or low pay. It often depends on luck – a good truck and dispatcher, combined with a driver's good work, lead to good results; otherwise, you'll be stuck at service centers without earning. Driver insurance for downtime would be appreciated. There's also a lot of paperwork that isn't directly related to a driver's job, which could be reduced. Overall, it's a decent company with its quirks and rules, premiums, and fines. Good work leads to rewards and management loyalty; those who slack off won't be paid well."
"Experiences with Telox vary; some drivers like it, others don't. If you have a negative experience, consider finding another company with better pay and newer trucks. However, the reviewer has been with the company for three terms and is generally satisfied, appreciating the opportunities and training provided. They emphasize communication with management and finding mutually agreeable solutions, and express a willingness to return."
"We traveled from Belarus with a partner and have been working for two weeks. There's a place for drivers to rest and eat. Everything was explained during onboarding, and if you drive responsibly and have your paperwork in order, there shouldn't be any issues. So far, it's better than our previous company."
"The company is bankrupt. We've been stranded in Denmark for four days without fuel."
"It's all so similar. I was forced to sign blank sheets at FSL Sp Zoo Fixemer Slubice. I can read and write Polish, which seemed to annoy them. I read every document before signing. I didn't work there long, though."
