"This is arguably the best place in my work history. They provide complete support, from document processing and visa applications (free of charge), to transportation to Ostroleka. You stay in a free hotel. The onboarding process takes two days, but everything is explained clearly, and buses in Ostroleka are free. There's a good attitude from the employees, and full support and adaptation during the first few days of work. Free coffee and tea. No issues with payment; everything is transparent and understandable."

Home time was inconsistent and unpredictable, and the overall experience felt exploitative, especially for Belarusian drivers. The company seemed to prioritize cost-cutting over driver well-being, resulting in long wait times, unpaid downtime, and a sense of being disposable."
