"I worked at this company for a year and can share my experience. They pay per kilometer, and you'll be pressured to violate DOT regulations (exceeding hours of service, short rest periods, and potential use of unauthorized fuel cards to expedite loading/unloading, leading to pay reductions or unfavorable loads). The company categorizes drivers as 'good' (those who comply with requests to violate regulations) or 'bad' (those who refuse). Foreign drivers often experience salary delays for arbitrary reasons. The most important thing is a complete lack of respect for drivers!"
"This company is a complete disaster. Slovak drivers leave, and our colleagues are being deceived. I will be quitting; there are more reputable companies out there. I do not recommend."
"The team is good; I attended an interview in Kyiv and passed. I'll apply in a week. There are similar options in Poland and Lithuania, but this company offers good conditions for beginners without experience, plus good social benefits. I'd like to bring my family along."
"The interview promised β¬62 per day, but upon arrival, the payment system changed to a per-mile and hourly rate. Drivers are experiencing issues with pay during loading/unloading times or while waiting, and many have already left. Others are waiting to see what their actual earnings will be."
"The company frequently replaces drivers, leading to high turnover. Their promises are deceptive, and they operate illegally. Pay is extremely low, around 10 cents per mile and $3.50 per hour for 180 hours monthly, decreasing to $2.70 per hour for fewer hours. They don't pay overtime when returning home after a run and pressure drivers to work excessive hours over two weekends."
