"I've been with this company for almost 3 years and overall, it's been a good experience. There are minor issues, like wishing for more home-based shifts or weekend shifts when on the road. There were occasional salary reductions due to industry challenges, but this was communicated beforehand, and drivers were given options. Trucks and trailers are Scania models from 2022 onwards and are generally well-maintained. Shifts are mainly in Germany near the Polish border, with travel time as described. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Two-week shifts are typical, but sometimes extend to 20-30 days. Pay is €100 per day and is deposited on the 10th of each month. While occasional conflicts arise, they are resolvable through communication."
"The reviews are written by people close to the company's management, but the reality is the opposite. Drivers are forced to drive the maximum allowed hours, with no consideration for finding parking late at night. They deduct money for minor scratches, fuel overconsumption, and arbitrary reasons. Truck and trailer condition is unsatisfactory, tires are often bald and worn. Drivers are treated poorly, and salaries have been unexpectedly reduced by 15 euros, leaving drivers stranded without recourse. The company needs to be investigated."
"I've worked at this company for a long time and have no complaints. In my opinion, it's a reputable company! Payments are also timely! Drivers who can drive and do their job well are satisfied and return year after year!"
"This is my first company in Europe. I have no negative feelings towards the company and don't plan to change jobs anytime soon. As long as you work honestly, you'll be happy."
"Absolutely correct, as mentioned above!"
"Do not go there! The singing was beautiful, I almost believed it. However, there's a €800 deposit they don't return, €156 for paperwork. The first pay period is €55, the second and all others are €60. The loads vary and are up to 24 tons. I worked there for 9 months and lost €1200 at final payment. That's the truth! Driver training school!"
"I worked through an agency, and I wasn't given much information, but I needed to leave quickly. It was actually better than I expected, though I was anticipating a bad experience. It's my third experience, and so far, there aren't any major problems, but it's too early to recommend."
"The company operates informally, paying in cash without contracts. Drivers report deductions of €800 and a lack of insurance. The system appears designed to exploit drivers, with a carefully planned scheme."
"The drivers, Yarick and others, create problems and unfairly deduct expenses from drivers' pay. They fabricate mileage, initially paying €55, then €60, but deducting for mobile internet. A few extra kilometers are added, resulting in a net pay of €50-€55. A €500 deposit is required to prevent drivers from leaving quickly."
