"I worked for Rosner for two months and left due to back pain. The company's document handling was very professional, with all conditions and instructions translated into Russian. The HR department carefully monitors document expiration dates. They have their own bases in Poland and Germany, offering parking, fuel, truck washing, repairs, supplies, showers, and a hotel in Poland. Upon hiring, I received winter boots, a jumpsuit, summer and winter jackets, towels, a protective hat, goggles, soap, gloves, and transport supplies. I was trained to operate a forklift and container handling equipment, and received safety training. The bases are conveniently located near train stations, and travel between Polish and German bases is provided by rental cars. Taxes are paid based on a salary of around 7000 złoty, and employees receive an EKUZ medical insurance card. All trucks are Mercedes with comfortable cabs and a regularly updated fleet. "Called the company, explained I have 2 years of experience driving tandem trucks in Europe, but was concerned they're sending drivers out without proper paperwork! Is this true? Who pays fines if stopped by authorities?"
"They hire drivers without experience and pay regularly if there are no mistakes. However, if the truck is damaged, they deduct 1500 euros and promise to return the difference after a year, but they haven't returned it to anyone yet. There's a hotel and parking for drivers' personal vehicles. It's possible to work here if you have experience and strong nerves."
