"Avoid this company! The pay is deceptive; you won't receive the full amount, only a portion in cash. They don't provide payment cards."
"Before criticizing the company, you should work there. The manager handles all issues and is well-regarded. Those who write negative reviews are likely hiding something."
"These guys are writing nonsense."
"After reading about SONTRANSA, I felt compelled to leave an objective review. I worked here for a year. The company isn't bad; they pay on time, but it's difficult to understand the specifics of the work and payment structure. The salary payments are acceptable for this level of company. I didn't experience any issues with the manager, and they don't constantly demand maximum working hours or driving time. The work is calm and relaxed."
"Drivers typically stay for about three months; initially, management is decent, but afterward, they start finding fault. Vehicles with over a million miles naturally have wear and tear (usually with Russian fuel). Repairs are done only when broken, often on the road. Pay is issued in installments, consistently increasing debt. Frequent downtime, supposedly paid. Finally, drivers are sent home on their own, with all their belongings."
"I completely agree with Yuri Aleshin's review. Management is dishonest, the truck fleet consists of run-down Mercedes vehicles, they force you to siphon fuel when going to Europe, constantly checking fuel levels with rulers, and using fraudulent CMR documents. You have to beg for your earned money. The director enjoys drinking and drinks with the drivers, and some drivers betray their colleagues. Overall, this is a very bad company and I do not recommend it."
"Wasted time. Everything negative you can imagine for a trucking company is present. Unjustified delays, you practically have to fight for your pay, payments are constantly late, the director's attitude towards drivers is terrible, he's often intoxicated, the work is entirely off the books, everything is covered up, equipment is not maintained, roadside repairs are done with makeshift tools, and all the equipment is in terrible condition. I'm ashamed to have worked there."
"This company is poorly managed, with unprofessional drivers and potential illegal activity. I worked there for only two days and didn't even get behind the wheel."
"This company isn't even good for gaining experience. The manager is drunk and unprofessional, attempting to deceive drivers, and payments are made in small installments of 300 euros from his personal funds. I would not recommend it to anyone, even inexperienced drivers; you'll waste your time, nerves, and money."
"This company is terrible. The trucks (Mercedes and PP refrigerated vans) are in extremely poor condition and never repaired. They are consistently late with payments, paying in installments. Management is unhelpful and unresponsive, expecting employees to handle everything. There are also issues with fuel and refrigeration costs being unfairly deducted."
