"This was my first trucking job. Initially, everything was fine, and I received full payment. However, after the company started acquiring more trucks, things quickly deteriorated. There are a couple of dispatchers, Oleg and Yela, who may not even work there anymore. Essentially, they are very subservient to the manager, while speaking negatively about him behind his back. They sometimes betray drivers and avoid paying for their own mistakes. Knowing some Polish might help, otherwise be prepared for Oleg to blame you for everything. I recommend it only for obtaining a CDL and gaining initial experience."
"The driver received 50 euros per day but forgot about deductions. They had significant fines that they were responsible for, and there were discrepancies with pallet counts and documentation. The driver initially expressed intent to return but ultimately didn't, and the company incurred expenses processing their paperwork. The driver was transporting standard goods like wood, metal, and paper, not high-value items."
"I regret not reading reviews before joining this company. After a couple of months without returning to base, I was shorted 40% of my pay and not given the full diet allowance. I'm now filing a complaint with the labor inspector. Draw your own conclusions."
"Don't waste your time with this company; they are scammers. You'll receive far less than what's promised. The equipment is junk, the owner is unprofessional, and the staff are dishonest. They don't care about drivers, only that you work excessively and are then exploited. A truly negative experience."
"Working for this company is something to think twice about. They promise bonuses, but it's all lies. The boss, Arik, makes excuses, saying there were no orders or work to justify not paying bonuses. The trucks are in terrible condition, and the trailers are a disaster – it took two hours to open and close the trailer roof. You get paid exactly what you negotiate. The work involves repeated loading and unloading, with assignments lasting up to three months in Germany; I personally worked for two months and three weeks without leaving. You mostly do local routes."
"There's high turnover at the company. The trucks and trailers are old. If you have a breakdown on the road or are prohibited from driving due to holidays, you're not paid. If the vehicle is parked, you don't get paid. The contract states 53 euros, but they pay 50. Any issues with pallet exchange or overload are blamed on the driver. Most loads are lumber, metal, or paper, always 24 tons. Finally, when you leave, they withhold 1000 zlotys, which you'll likely never see. If you're not scared off by these issues, it's a decent company."
