"I do not recommend this company. Until the current management changes, the drivers are treated poorly, forced to work long hours without proper breaks, and the pay is low for the first three months (around 10,000 złoty). Rest periods are limited, visa issues can lead to termination, and taking official vacation is impossible. There are constant issues with getting paid for mileage and parking. Drivers can be terminated without explanation at the end of their contract. Trailers are old and broken, requiring manual unloading and loading. Trucks are often damaged and infested with bedbugs. High driver turnover leads to dirty trucks. The only positive aspect is the routes to Spain."
"The company was excellent until Sergiu took over! Two to three years ago, the pay was good, around 11,500 on hand plus bonuses for exceeding 12,000 km solo and 18,000 km in a tandem. It was possible to earn more than 12,500 Polish zloty. Drivers used to get rest breaks by agreement and received the minimum wage during pauses, and it was possible to take vacation. Now, there's a 3-month probationary period with a salary of 8,500 zloty, no bonuses for mileage, and a poor attitude. They force drivers to leave constantly, especially Pavel and Sergiu. After a run, you might be told goodbye and that you're no longer needed without explanation. There's a 2-week break after a run, regardless of how long you worked. Taking vacation is currently impossible. They ask drivers to take compensation (peanuts). Sergiu fired about 30 people who had been sick or late to work in July, August, and September, without explanation. They also fire people when their visa expires. Anyone who says something is a"
"Everything previously mentioned by colleagues is true. The company was decent until about a year ago. Since mid-2024, things have become unclear: layoffs, salary reductions. I've consistently had issues with payments - sometimes days aren't counted, or something else, resulting in me receiving less than I'm owed. They eventually correct it, but after a month. Someone named Sergiu is responsible, and he's driving the company into the ground. Working at SESE Polish Park is a waste of time."
"One of the best companies in Poland. They pay salaries on time, usually by the 10th of the month, which is rare. Many drivers have worked here for years. The logistics and drivers are good. It's the best company for me."
"The company is average, operating in line with corporate interests. Pay fluctuates based on staffing levels, increasing when needed and decreasing when overstaffed. Overall, it's workable. The office staff were very pleasant, and I had good relationships with the mechanic, Marek, and dispatchers, Mateusz and Natalia. I worked there for a little over two years. Payments were punctual, but I had questions about calculations, which led to my departure. The office had limited influence, with main management in Spain; it's a Spanish company with a branch in Gliwice."
