"I do not recommend working for this company. They lured inexperienced drivers with promises of high pay, but the actual compensation was significantly lower. Expect night driving, pallet replacement, and tachograph violations. Drivers are required to leave a deposit for potential fines, which is not returned upon termination. The company profits from deceiving inexperienced drivers. The only positive is unlimited internet access provided by the company; do not consider starting your career here."
"I've been with the company for a long time and I like it. I average 65 hours every two weeks, a greeting to Girteka and other Polish companies that work 90 hours. They don't deduct fuel costs, and I'm happy with my salary. There are a lot of inexperienced drivers in our company, and they are treated like children. Overall, I think everything is great and I recommend it. Free unlimited internet is a great bonus. I can also create my own work schedule, which is convenient. They have their own bases and service. Once my personal car broke down in Karlsruhe, they evacuated and repaired it. Thanks to the workshop!"
"The company is good, they don't play games with fuel, and I like the dispatchers – they're Russian-speaking Germans who used to be drivers themselves. My salary has increased, which is great. Most importantly, I don't feel like a nobody or someone's property. The boss is helping me get a truck on lease, so I'll continue to develop within the Schlund logistics."
"I've worked for this company for over 4 years and have no complaints. Communication with management and dispatchers is good and courteous; work and vehicle issues are resolved quickly; drivers are never pressured to work overtime or violate regulations; payments are full and on time. It's definitely a first-class and honest company."
"I do not recommend this company. The cabs are dirty, with no amenities beyond a neglected bio-toilet. Drivers are always blamed for any issues. Pay is low, ignoring the overly positive reviews from a few employees. The trucks are old, and there's a lack of respect for drivers. There are many more negatives. What Valery wrote is completely false; the reality is the opposite. I wish you all the best in finding a good company."
"The reviewer has worked here for 8 months and reports reliable pay, delivered electronically. They emphasize the importance of documenting vehicle condition upon receipt, highlighting that the company provides newer trucks based on performance. Repairs were handled quickly, and the company is responsive to driver needs, even offering medical assistance. The reviewer criticizes those who don't maintain their vehicles and emphasizes a work ethic of responsibility. They also praise the company's flexibility and support during the pandemic and dismisses negative rumors, advocating for a positive attitude and work ethic."
"This company is awful; avoid it. The work is brutal, day and night. Rest periods are consistently ignored. Drivers are treated like slaves. Expect 15-hour workdays followed by being forced to load/unload trailers while on duty. After 9 hours, you're back on the road, exhausted. Constant manual loading/unloading of pallets leads to fatigue and sleep deprivation, increasing the risk of accidents. Damage deductions are taken from your low salary using high German rates. Dispatchers are rude, uncaring, and unreliable, often contradicting their instructions."
"This company has serious issues. Pay is unpredictable and based on guesswork, with no clear written agreement for expenses. They withhold pay stubs and charge drivers for pre-existing damage. Trucks are old and unreliable, repairs take a long time, and drivers are often blamed for problems. The company structure is confusing and exploitative, with drivers facing unexpected costs and potential legal trouble. It's not a place for beginners or experienced drivers."
