"This company has terrible conditions and a disrespectful attitude towards drivers. The facilities are unsanitary, with long lines for the single bathroom. Roads are in disrepair, snow isn't cleared in winter, and management shows bias against Ukrainian and Belarusian drivers, fostering a culture of snitching. Drivers must be subservient to management, and vacation time is often delayed. Dispatchers are incompetent and lazy, constantly putting drivers in difficult situations. Trailers are in poor condition, and the service is dreadful. The company prioritizes profit over driver well-being."
